DILUWEL is a rapid, accurate gravimetric diluter for combining solid samples with the correct amount of diluent, automating the laborious task of making and standardizing initial sample dilution.

Delivered with 1 Dilupump. (3 additional Dilupumps can be connected).

DILUWEL can also be connected to ready to use InstantBags Diluents or to any MediaPreparator such as the Mediawel 10 or 30 for continuous diluent access.

QUANTITY

DILUWEL allow for a pre-defined dilution factor (Dilution) or a fixed volume (Dosage).

The integration of a precise balance with the action of a peristaltic pump allow for the automation and standardisation of the fastidious process involving sample primary dilutions.

Further dilutions can be executed manually by using Flip Top bottles or semi-automatically using the Dilucup system.

Place your sample in a blender bag and the DILUWEL weighs the sample and adds the correct amount of diluent to achieve your preset dilution. 225 ml of diluent can be added in 12 seconds (or 9 seconds in turbo mode!) with a >99% accuracy. The patented vertical weighing system offers greater stability and accuracy due to a fully integrated spirit level and height adjustable feet.

At only 8 kg, the DILUWEL is light enough to be moved around the lab. It is also very easy to keep clean with a durable, stainless steel bag holding. An additional 3 pumps can be added if required.

The ‘Finger-stop’ nozzle helps to prevent cross contamination during installation.
