LB Broth [Lennox LB Broth]
LB Broth is used for the growth and maintenance of E. coli being used in molecular microbiology processes. This nutrient-rich microbial broth contains peptides, amino acids and carbohydrates in a low-salt formulation.
In compliance with regulatory requirements, a USDA permit (VS 16-3) is mandatory for shipments from Canada to the USA due to the inclusion of peptone, an animal byproduct.
